What Do We Believe?
The Bible is the inspired, authoritative, and only infallible Word of God. (2 Tim. 3:16)
There is one God, manifested in three personalities: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Eph. 1:3 – 15)
The reality of Satan and his present control over unregerate man does exist. (John 4:3)
Christianity is based upon the following:
The deity of our Lord Jesus Christ (Matt. 1:18-26)
-
His sinless life (2 Cor. 5:21)
-
His miracles (the Gospels)
-
His atoning death through His shed blood (Rom. 5:9)
-
His bodily resurrection (Matt. 28:6,7)
-
His ascension to the right hand of the Father (Mark 16:1)
-
His personal return to power and glory as the Lord of lords and King of kings (Rev. 22:12)
The fall of man and his lost estate, which makes necessary a rebirth through confession and belief in the Lord Jesus Christ (Rom. 3:23)
The reconciliation of man to God by the substitution death and shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Cor. 5:18,19)
The resurrection of unbelievers unto everlasting punishment and torments of Hell (John 5:29)
The present supernatural ministry of the Holy Sprit bestows the spiritual gifts (1 Cor. 12:8)
The scriptures teach that the baptism in the Holy Spirit is that endowment with power which results from the Holy Spirit coming upon the believer after regeneration. (Acts 1:5-8)
